Dumka Square

This project is an interesting Building Design Project which was done with a lot of sincere hard work and iterations to meet up the clients requirement in terms of the plan and budget . However, the end result of the Dumka Square made all of our hard work and research worthwhile.
LLP Clothing Factory

Through engineering innovation and Construction Management , we delivered great results in the PMC for this Garment Factory project by a MNC. By collaborating with structural specialists, all client objectives for this project were surpassed. This project was our first Project under MOMENTUM JHARKHAND with limited work scope, but our sincerity and detailed Quantity Surveying and Analysis helped the client save 1 Crore in Structure Design by incorporating Stringent Structure Audit .We also saved huge sum in BILLING CHECKING and made significant QUALITY improvement by creating up a system for regular monitoring and checking of work on daily basis.
